We love your original costume ideas that really make the NZ International Sevens the dress up party of the year, but please make sure you’re not denied entry to Westpac Stadium by wearing something too risqué. We'd hate for you to miss out on the party! View the Westpac Stadium has a dress code policy .

NZ International Sevens makes up to 27,000 tickets available to the public. Our process is to offer tickets to provincial rugby unions; Wellington Rugby season ticket holders; Westpac Stadium Members; clubs, schools and referees in the Wellington region; hospitality and travel package guests; and volunteers and others assisting the tournament. Once these general public allocations have been confirmed with these groups of the rugby community, the remaining tickets are then sold to the general public in late September. This is usually around 8,000 tickets.
The NZ International Sevens cancels many tickets due to ticket loss, seat repositioning, reports of theft, fraud etc. While some sellers on Trade Me may be selling valid tickets, purchasers run the risk of purchasing cancelled/invalid tickets. This will not be able to be determined by looking at the ticket. Our barcode ticketing system will not accept cancelled tickets and buyers will not be able to gain entry into Westpac Stadium.
All ticket purchasers agree to abide by the NZ International Sevens terms and conditions before buying tickets. Our ticketing terms and conditions outline that tickets can be re-sold at their face value (price they are listed on our website) on Trade Me. This can be achieved by offering tickets at a ‘Buy Now” price on Trade Me. If tickets are offered for sale or sold on Trade Me at a price exceeding their face value, i.e. tickets are offered for sale by auction, our terms and conditions have been breached. Sellers by auction run the risk of then having their tickets cancelled and resold by the Tournament to other purchasers.
